Lessons
Southwood offers English riding lessons to children and adults of all capabilities. All lessons are taught by a certified Instructor with Equine Canada. Students are taught to groom tack up and untack their own horses to help give them a better understanding of horse care. Lessons are 45 minutes in length mounted plus the time it takes to tack up and untack. Lessons focus on horsemanship and riding in a fun and safe environment. Rider level certification with Equine Canada is available to those interested.
