Communities We Protect
Our Operatives are currently deployed in your area. Servicing clients east to Morrisburg, west to Gananoque and to Kemptville in the north. These areas are under constant patrol and enable our personnel to become aware of daily occurrences, making it easier to spot unusual activity and suspicious persons.
Alarm Response
As the mandates and calls for Public Police Servicing are always changing and increasing, the availability of provincial and local police to respond to your home in the event of an alarm or emergency situation is constantly decreasing. When you tell your alarm company you want Cooper & Associates to respond to your alarms in the event you are away or otherwise unavailable, you will give yourself peace of mind knowing that we will respond within minutes.
Residential Property Patrols
Our Security Operatives are continuously providing high and low profile patrols of residential properties in the communities we protect. Operatives are available to attend your residence morning, noon and night to conduct exterior or interior patrols of your residence and buildings.
Vacation Service
Our mobile units can attend your residence while you are away. We retrieve mail, flyers and newspapers to remove the impression of an unoccupied residence. Mail and parcels can be placed inside your residence, or brought back to our office to be returned to you at a later time. Our Operatives are also available to enter your residence to feed and water pets, water plants, or rotate the lighting configuration of your home on a regular basis. This allows for you to provide only one key to your security company. You will not be compromising alarm codes or risking keys being lost or copied by friends or neighbours.
Liasion With Emergency Services
By providing a key to your residence, and important information such as number of pets in residence, vehicle types and license plate numbers is of great assistance. Also names, allergies, medical conditions and blood types of occupants, will enable our Operations Centre to provide vital information to emergency services on your behalf, in the event you are not able to do so yourself.
Secured Transport
Our Operatives are available to provide you or your children with secured transport to and from school or work, the airport, doctor’s appointments, or special events on a regular basis or as needed. As we use low profile vehicles, you will not have to rely on taxi cab drivers or public transportation. We will provide you with peace of mind knowing that you, your children or loved ones will be picked up and delivered to their destination safely, and on time. If your household often finds itself in a situation where it is short vehicles or other logistical issues, a call to our Operations Centre could help. An early morning trip to the Ottawa Airport, a late afternoon trip to the doctor’s office, or picking up “little Johnny” from school are just a few examples of ways one of our Operatives could alleviate some of your household headaches. With as little as an hour notice, we can send an Operative to your door to reliably transport you to your destination.
Household Inventory
Our Operations Centre is available to hold serial numbers of items, credit card numbers, bank account numbers and crucial pieces of your families’ identification. In the event of a lost wallet, or if your home was to fall victim to a break, enter and theft, we can act quickly to get your cards cancelled and provide serial numbers of appliances to police.
Lock-Out Service
If you choose to provide a key to your residence, a Security Operative can attend and provide access to your home in the event you have been locked out.
Contractor Escort
You can arrange for us to escort contractors and provide supervision while giving them access to your property or residence while you are at work or on vacation.
